I'm trying to get a splash to appear before the wixstdba RtfLicense UI is displayed. I added the SplashScreenSourceFile attribute to the Bundle element and the splash screen does appear but only for about a half second before going into the wixstdba RtfLicense UI. Is there a way to control how long the splash screen is displayed?
