Just any information or validate the information against specific business rules?
If it's just any information, you can do that without any custom actions. Just author a "MessageBox" dialog and use mutually exclusive ControlEvents to either do a SpawnDialog MessageBoxDialog or NewDialog NextDialog based on the property(s) associated input controls.
