Fixed. The WiX v3.6 release has a one-time-only wix36-ia64.zip containing the missing IA-64 binaries. I tracked down how the IA-64 build was disabled and it was due to the VS2012 install. The new Windows SDK no longer provides IA-64 build support and that caused the build to switch off IA-64. This is a nice feature on a dev build, since most devs don't have access to Itanium hardware, but really bad on the build machine. While fixing the root issue I maee it an error so this cannot happen on official builds in the future (not that there is ever a build planned using this build system again). Anyway, thanks for pointing out the mistake. Sorry it took so long to get the binaries posted.
