Hoping someone has an idea if this is even possible. We used to have an English only installer but changed recently to a multi-language version. Based on the recommended way we created a transform for Japanese and then referenced those string references. When we tried to install on another language for which we didn't have a transform we got an error message telling us "Locale language 'Chinese' not supported'. My question is - can we have Wix default to English in cases where the installer is running on a foreign language for which we have no transform?
