The MSI SDK says the following about error 2902: May indicate that the installation of Win32 assemblies<mk:@MSITStore:C:\Program%20Files%20(x86)\WiX%20Toolset%20v3.8\doc\msi.chm::/setup/installation_of_win32_assemblies.htm>was authored incorrectly. A Win32 side-by-side component may need a key path. Do you using Win32 SxS stuff in your MSI?
