Bill, did you ever get this working? I have seen some other posts on this and some of the answers seem to suggest that the issue is that the bundle is not signed correctly.
All our Chained MSI packages are signed as well as the bundle and we are still getting these errors. In my original testing of the bunder I was building it myself on my developer machine and therefore none of the .msi packages or bunder were signed and therefore for the msi packages I set the following: SuppressSignatureVerification="yes" This allowed the install to work, but as soon as we apply signing to the bunder then we get the 0x80004005 errors. So if you did get this working what method did you use?
