I learned how to turn on logging from the EXE and from that I found an error
code which I used to search this website.  I found a similar posting
regarding failure to run on XP.  A post in that thread pointed out the
restriction on the use of an icon (ico) for the LogoFile.  So I changed my
LogoFile to point at the similar graphic in PNG format and that resolved my
problem.  Strange however that the ICO works on 2008R2.  Must be a
difference in the utility used to harvest the graphic.
