This brings me to another post of mine here <http://windows-installer-xml-wix-toolset.687559.n2.nabble.com/How-to-handle-a-context-menu-component-on-install-upgrade-td7589322.html> . I asked if it was possible to update a context menu handler component without rebooting or restarting explorer. Which would be the better experience? Tell the user a reboot is necessary, or restart explorer and have the screen go blank and all icons and taskbar disappear?
