I would add that there are some other really good reasons to use a Bundle to ship packaged software that is not as big as Office, VS or games that have nothing to do with prettier UI. However, those apps are different from the type of thing Christopher is describing where the applications sole purpose are to be deployed invisibly and widely through SCCM (where naked MSI may even be preferable).
