My best guess would be to grab the Wix 3.7 installation executable, right-click
it and open up the digital signature, and walk that certificate chain comparing
the certificates there with what is installed in your locked-down server to see
which ones are missing.
Also know that recent updates coming through Windows Updates may require
KB931125, so in order to keep your operating system up-to-date-secure you may
require an unknown subset of those certificates.
