Thanks for the response. There is no AV software on that machine and it is very unlikely that any single cab would be over 2gb, but impossible to say without trying to manually create each of the 31 cabs. I have removed references to a couple of the largest files in what could be the largest cabs (~1.5gb expected) and still receive the same error. I was under the impression that there is a different error message when trying to build a cab file over 2gb.
Any other suggestions?
