If you were German, Russian etc, would you like it if Microsoft was to say, We're lazy, and we're ignoring all i18n standards so all our important users and groups will be in English. If I were German or Russian I'd be a little peeved, which is why the UserID Number is the same in all cases. Unix/Linux has done this for years now, i.e the root account is always ID 0 regardless of what I name it...
