Hi Dileep,

Do your WiX source files specify UTF-8 encoding at the top?
Mine have <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> and codepage 932 specified
and I haven't seen that error.

Looking through my code though... I seem to have managed to avoid using any
Japanese characters in any of my filepaths.
