You created the 81st. Did you see it's name in WMClip?
I didn't succeed in creation of 81st workspace,
wmaker restarts immediatly after creation of the 81st (the last workspace in 
this case is still 80) and crashed in the second attempt of the creation of 
81st.

I didn't too but I'll send a workaround that limits the number of workspaces to 
80 until a real solution is provided.
