True, but most of them are just debug statements (motif.c) where it 
doesn't really matter. Another case where you may still want to use 
fprintf is if you have a few fprintf with variable input and one without. 
Then for consistency and readability you will use fprintf for all instead 
of 1 fputs and the rest fprintf.
