Hello,

WPrefs uses now getopt. I thought the binary would be smaller, but it is 200
bytes bigger. Can someone explain? the function is in a shared lib, isn't
it? ( glibc? ) ( striped versions )
Probably caused by the long_option-struct?

I am doing the same now for WM.

WM can handle xpm out of the box and if tiff is present, it switches to use
tiff.
Do we need that? I saw a crucial routine how it finds out, if tiff is
present. Even there is a flag for it: USE_TIFF.
I would like to skip tiff support for internal use, unless someone comes up
with a reason.

I am sorry for the triple or quadruple messages earlier.

@Samir: As what js is for you, gmail is for me. ;) It has really a strange
bug when you write to a conversation which is in trash, or the destination
address, or something...
