OK, I've just sent the patch to the list anyway. I hope people with
more knowledge will get motivated to look into this.
Otherwise I will have to revert the commit from 'master'.

While it Works For Me (c), wmaker-crm is not only mine anymore :-)

I have a Sony Vaio x64 with Intel GM965, running under openSUSE 11.3
X Server 1.8.0, intel driver 2.12.0

The setup is the laptop panel and an external full-hd monitor,
using xinerama.

I tried to compile einstein-2.0 (no rpm for openSUSE), but it fails.
So I still can't test this stuff myself.
