Hello: Just want to report that with the recent icon changes, there is something strange going on with appicons and GNUstep apps. The image of the appicon (in the dock/clip) will revert to the default appicon image when the application closes. If I open up the "Settings" panel of the appicon and hit save or open the app, the correct icon is restored.
