It's not the Window Maker fault. This is just an effect of
misconfiguration of your environment. LXDE probably have been set up
and now use that configuration every time booted. Just run `arandr'
or `lxrandr' or whatever you have there. Set up the screens there and
save configuration. Depending on the program you choose it probably
have a way for bringing back saved screen configuration. As for
`arandr' it is simply shell script, which can be run directly.
