Whatever non-consistent behaviour 'rint' might have, its use in
wmaker has been (so far) proven by time. 

I don't like the risk of changing 'rint' to some other function
which will not be the same for different machines. That seems much
worse. At least we know that everybody is using 'rint' and it seems
to be working and nobody complained about compatibility after all 
these years.
