No more edge resistance against clip and dock

Hello World,

I have set the edge resistance of windows to 30. This works with windows 
against each other, but it no longer works against the clip or the dock 
(it used to on earlier versions).

Is there a new preference to set or is this just a bug?

WindowMaker: 0.95.6 (Debian Sid)
