If you are using stable, the latest wmaker is not available, then:

1. Edit /etc/apt/sources.list and add the testing repo
2. apt-get update && apt-get install wmaker
3. Edit /etc/apt/sources.list and remove the testing repo
4. apt-get update

The other info are user applications (mail, sound,...), is interesting to
configure your windowmaker.

Plus this here for development snapshots:

deb http://www.the-little-red-haired-girl.org/pub/wmaker/ unstable main deb-src http://www.the-little-red-haired-girl.org/pub/wmaker/ unstable main

Oh! sorry Martin, I forgot your repo.

yes of course, you can add the Martin's repo to /etc/apt/sources.list and continue with the debian-stable distro. wmaker package don't need testing packages (at this moment).

Cheers,
