Dear Friends and colleagues I would appreciate if whoever has build a similarity matrix, could share it with us or within the group. As we all know the computation of a large similarity matrix might take time but if we could share our calculated matrix it could be very much appreciated for the people who need it. If you have any matrix calculated and built, probably you can send it to Ted in order to share within the group.
