I've been in overdrive mode on this thing since the Atlanta angle broke early yesterday morning. The latest -- he showed up in court this morning sans lawyer (he is ONE BIG MF!) and after a hearing, waived extradition. Since then, his lawyer popped up from Michigan and asked for a second hearing -- which ultimately didn't happen. We're waiting to hear from the lawyer, who says he's gonna talk to us local folk, shortly.
Bottom line, he's headed back to Michigan soon, and will face Michigan justice (where's Texas when you REALLY need 'em?)...
