Today's WNN story about DOG SURFING mentioned that a Jack Russell Terrier had won, and both Rob and Tanya were calling him/her out as the video aired. But NO Jack Russell was present in the video! How could the providers have missed putting the *winner* in the video clip? (Maybe the non-winners were more photogenic? Maybe dog-surfing has subtleties that the video just doesn't do justice to? :-)). Also, it appears that the current WNN anchor-pool is sadly deficient in dog- breed knowledge. (For those, like me, whose touchstones are movies, "Milo" in "The Mask" was played by a Jack Russell Terrier.)
Maybe they need to do more dog coverage, say when the next dog show occurs in NYC.... -Doug Elrod (d...@cornell.edu) Ah, for the days of Soft-Coated Wheaten Terriers! ;-) -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "World News Now Discussion List" group.
