Reminds me of the 70's, when WCVB in Boston would run "Five All Night", 
episodes of "Highway Patrol" and "The Prisoner", with the commercial spots 
filled by a graphic card and a late night deejay named George Fennell talking 
about pretty much anything for three minutes.
