I got a chance to see Robin perform at one of his "Works In Progress" shows he used to do for charity up here in Seattle. They took place at a smaller venue than he normally played, and he obviously enjoyed the more relaxed atmosphere of the show - since it was a works in progress show, the material didn't have to be perfect. Some of the jokes were awesome, and some of them bombed horribly - you could tell he was just enjoying the chance to try this stuff out without having the pressure of a normal show.
