Speaking of Nabisco, one of the secondary "networks" had a series of programs called something like "foods that made America great". Pretty good recreations of the early days of Entnmanns, Sunshine/Hydrox, NABISCO!, and lots of others. Probably avaiable online if you can figure out the names... And so it goes.
