On further inspection, the failure is caused by unimplemented support for
Interface extension. In this test case, the Interface Fault components that are
brought into the Interface via extension are not being added to the component
and are not included in the process of QName resolution on the Interface Fault
Reference component. Hence the {interface fault} property is null.
