Test the Woden API support for WSDL import and include by parsing wsdl:import
and wsdl:include elements and invoking each API method on ImportElement and
IncludeElement.
The objective is not a full functional test of wsdl:import and wsdl:include
elements as that should be provided by the W3C WSDL 2.0 Test Suite.
