Test the Woden API support for the Feature and Property components and elements
by invoking each API method on instances of org.apache.woden.wsdl20.Feature
org.apache.woden.wsdl20.Property
org.apache.woden.wsdl20.xml.FeatureElement.
org.apache.woden.wsdl20.xml.PropertyElement.
The objective here is simply to test the Woden API. Complete functional tests
for Feature and Property should be provided by the W3C WSDL 2.0 Test Suite.
