I initially attempted to apply the patch on the context of desc so I had to
just check out test-suite to apply the patch. Are you creating the patch at
project scope? If so, create it at selected resource scope. That may improve
the chanced of success. Thx. (Just for future reference)

I noticed that the reports are once again out of sync with the contents of
the test suite. Can you run a build and commit the updated reports when
checking in changes to the test suite? At the very least this will provide a
sanity check that all the new checks are schema valid.
