HTTP attribute authenticationType changed to authenticationScheme

The property {htttp authentication scheme} was represented by an attribute
called authenticationType when this was implemented in Woden. The attribute
name has changed in the spec to authenticationScheme so Woden needs to be
updated to reflect this.
This is causing W3C WSDL 2.0 testcase HTTPBinding-1G to fail.
Also, there is a spelling mistake in the class name HTTPAuthenicationSchemeAttr
and method name getHttpAuthenicationScheme. A "t" is missing.
