Woden is failing the following validation tests by reporting an unexpected
assertion ID: Binding-4B, Binding-5B, BindingFaultReference-1B,
BindingFaultReference-2B, BindingMessageReference-2B,
BindingMessageReference-3B, and BindingOperation-1B.
The failures may be due to incorrect validation logic in Woden or incorrectly
flagged assertions in the W3C test suite.
