Testcases MessageTest-1G, 2G, 3G, 4G failing due to canonicalization error

These 4 testcases were previously 'green'. The WSDL has been changed recently,
but it looks like the canonicalization of the Woden wsdlcm file has to be
changed too. The non-canonical Woden wsdlcm files do have the 'expected'
content.
