Corrected InterfaceOperation {style} so that it defaults to Interface {style
default} and refreshed the Woden component interchange test results.
Two test cases, RPC-1G and RPC-2G, are now failing. I believe this is due to
implementation variations between Woden and the interchange Baseline because of
an ambiguity in the section of the Part 2 spec concerning {rpc signature}. I
will post to the ws-desc list about this.
