The patch attached contains the basic XPointer & Fragment Identifier framework
along with the toString() and getFragmentIdentifier() methods for all supported
Component objects. This should aid debugging as suggested and satisfy this
Jira, if anything else needs to be added to the FragmentIdentifer or XPointer
code it should probably go in a new Jira.
