We should run the W3C tests again. I haven't updated the W3C site in a 
long time. Do ytou think we should post the M8 results on the W3C site?

The release notes refer to the Interop Dashboard results. Have these been 
updated to reflect the latest W3C test results for M8 (trunk)? This 
requires the ant-test result files to be checked in, then Arthur or some 
other WG member to run the W3C tests and update the results page (note, 
the assertion tests results will probably regress because the new 
validation framework does not yet cover all of the assertions that have 
been implemented in the existing validator classes).
 
Also, the release notes refer to serialization being implemented in the 
DOM implementation. The contributions from Sagara that I review a few 
weeks ago were still in a separate branch. I'm not sure if they were ready 
to be merged into trunk - didn't have enough time for a closer review. 
Have they been moved into trunk since then? If not, will need to remove 
this comment from the release notes.
 
Otherwise, the release notes look OK to me.
