Most of the changes in the patch file were due to white space changes - looks
like auto reformat indenting changes. I think there are just two one line
changes actually required, to set the Schema's XMLElement in the
parseSchemaImport and parseSchemaInline methods, so I have just made those
changes to trunk and the woden65 branch. Thanks Sagara for contributing this
fix.
