In the current project structure all the dependencies are defined in the
parent POM file. This will result in to load number of unwanted jars with sub
modules. Some of the scenarios are given below.
1.) In Woden-dom there is no need to define Axiom or related dependencies.
2.) Woden-API only required XmlSchema as a dependency.
3.) Woden- tools module only WSDL4J required and non of other modules required
WSDL4J.
