If you're interested in parsing WSDL 1.1 documents you might find WSDL4J useful.

It seems like you are parsing a WSDL 1.1 [1] document , Woden is a WSDL 2.0 [2] parser . You can't use Woden to parse WSDL 1.1 documents.
