He He! maybe I should leave it like that since I'm in favour of fewer
requirements for attendance on small events. However, I believe the
intention is for 2 members + 2 distinct committers.

Great, thanks Sylvain. Your responsability is to the ASF as a whole
rather than to Wookie. In short all you need to do is ensure nothing
that is planned tp happen at the event is at odds with the ASF way of
doing things. It's a really lightweight job in this case because it is
a not-for-profit event and the sponsor is not for profit. The
oversight roles are really there to stop companies taking advantage of
the ASF brand for their own purposes and thus putting the ASF
charitiable status at risk.
