Now we just need a nice Python app to try it out with - maybe Pinax[1]?

Jaiku has also now gone Open Source [2] - that might be fun ;-)

I've never ever written anything  in Python.
Just looked up some examples and gave it a try.
Methods:
getAvailableWidgets()
getOrCreateInstance()
See TestWookieService.py
I ran it from command line "python TestWookieService.py"
