I've read this and the other threads regarding Wookie and Tomcat/mySQL (especially on Ubuntu it seems) and was expecting the same deal when I come to install it on the demo server. However, maybe just lucky me, but I experienced no such problems and had to do none of this workaround stuff or alter any security settings. There may be a difference in the way I did some things which is why I am mentioning it here.
Perhaps that should go onto the install page of the wiki? Ross
