Making call

Whenever i make a call to REST-API to save a key-value pair in Wookie database,
the apache server gives error. The error description is, The request sent by
the client was syntactically incorrect ().
The url I have created to save entries in wookie database is:
http://localhost:8080/wookie/WidgetServiceServlet?requestid=setpersonalproperty&api_key=TEST&servicetype=&widgetid=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.getwookie.org%2Fwidgets%2Fforum&userid=164750447&shareddatakey=TEST&propertyname=textType&propertyvalue=s%3AFIFA+202
Please sugest what should I do to resolve this.
