First Widget Tutorial

I just uploaded the code and a presentation for a "first widget" 
tutorial. Should be helpful for those trying to get started in building 
widgets.

It takes you through:
- create a hello world widget
- style the widget
- use external libraries (geo-location)
- use external APIs (OpenLayers mapping API)
- save settings
