Chocolate and Orange Mousse
(serves 4)

INGREDIENTS
2  Table Spoons Boiling Water
3  Tea Spoons Powdered Gelatine
2  Table Spoons Cocoa powder, sifted
1  Orange, Juiced and Rind Grated
3/4  Cup low fat plain Yoghurt
200g  Light French Vanilla Fruche
1/3  Cup SPLENDA
2  Egg Whites

STEPS
1. Place the boiling water in a small bowl and sprinkle with the Gelatine. 
    Stir until the Gelatine fully dissolves 
 
2. Whisk together Cocoa powder, Orange Juice and Rind. 
    Combine with Yoghurt, Fruche and SPLENDA. 
    Stir in Gelatine mixture 
 
3. Whisk Egg Whites until soft peaks form and fold into mousse mixture. 
    Spoon into a serving dish or individual bowls and place in fridge for 
    3 hours or until set
