Easy Crab Dip 1 lb. imitation crab meat ½ cup mayonnaise 2 green onions chopped 1 tbs. lemon juice 2 tbs. horseradish 8-oz cream cheese (softened) 1 jar cocktail sauce 4-6 leaves of leaf lettuce Crackers
Chop crab meat and mix with mayonnaise, green onions, lemon juice, and horseradish. Open the package of cream cheese. Place on a piece of foil 10-12" square. Spread into a 6-8 inch circle (or square). Lay leaf lettuce on serving platter. Turn cream cheese shape onto lettuce and remove foil. Top cream cheese with crab mixture and then cocktail sauce.
