Garlic and Oregano Croutons 2 teas. olive oil 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped 2 Tbs. Parmesan cheese 1/2 teas. dried oregano 1/8 teas. black pepper 6 1/3 inch-thick slices of French bread baguette Preheat oven to 350º Heat olive oil in skillet. Add garlic and saute until garlic is just golden, about 2 minutes, drain. Combine garlic with Parmesan cheese, oregano and pepper in small bowl. Place bread slices on baking sheet Sprinkle garlic mixture evenly over bread. Bake until croutons are golden brown on edges, approximately 10 minutes. ------------
