CREAM CORN AND BROCCOLI 
2 cans cream style corn 
2 eggs 
salt and pepper 
1 package broccoli, thawed and cut into pieces 
1 small onion, minced 
½ cup cracker crumbs 
Mix together and put in greased casserole. Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake 
at 325° for 45 minutes to an hour.
